📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, advisory board and education event projects onsite and remotely • Independently build, configure and launch live engagement apps across web, mobile, portal, video and AI using SpotMe Backstage CMS • Manage customers and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle with clear, timely communications • Coordinate stakeholders for seamless event-day execution • Train faculty, field sales teams, booth staff and agencies • Review event apps and configure and test onsite technology, including interaction-tracking apps, microapps, iPads and badge printers • Brief and prepare speakers for webinars, virtual sessions, standalone events and symposiums • Ensure smooth operations for virtual and face-to-face projects • Handle post-event communications • Analyze event data and deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations • During ramp-up, build events in Backstage with minimal supervision, manage at least three complete onsite projects end-to-end, and complete at least two with onsite presence • Within 12 months, lead approximately seven onsite projects per quarter, 13 remote projects per quarter, or an equivalent mix; supervise projects alongside junior or associate team members; and support business development or upsell activity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL and stakeholder management, and congress and education event project planning and execution • Experience as an agency meetings project manager or event/meeting planner • Experience in congress/convention or education planning and execution • Interest in technology, engagement and analytics • Understanding of event approval workflows across Commercial and Legal Review • Ability to independently build, configure and launch live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage Content Management System • Ability to professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications • Ability to train faculty, field sales teams, booth staff and agencies • Ability to configure and test onsite technology, including interaction-tracking apps, microapps, iPads and badge printers • Ability to manage virtual and face-to-face event operations • Ability to analyze event data and deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations • Ability to build and ship practical technical solutions • Ability to navigate pharma regulatory compliance and legal review processes • Ability to engage US and EU customers, KOLs and medical societies • Frequent travel, out-of-hours availability and weekend work required • Ability to spend approximately 20–40% of time traveling onsite
