âą Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects âą Build, configure and launch live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage Content Management System âą Manage communications with customers and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle âą Coordinate closely with stakeholders for seamless execution on event day âą Handle post-event communications, analyze event data and deliver detailed reports
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years of experience in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management âą Experience in congress and medical education event project planning and execution âą Knowledge of event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review âą Technical dexterity in delivering practical solutions âą Ability to balance compliance with business needs âą Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
