📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects • Build, configure and launch live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage Content Management System • Manage communications with customers and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate closely with stakeholders for seamless execution on event day • Handle post-event communications, analyze event data and deliver detailed reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management • Experience in congress and medical education event project planning and execution • Knowledge of event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review • Technical dexterity in delivering practical solutions • Ability to balance compliance with business needs • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
