📋 Description

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline • Independently conduct outbound outreach to target accounts in Automotive, Defense, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors. • Execute high-quality, intensive outbound outreach (~300+ calls per week) via phone, email and LinkedIn. • Tailor outreach to different personas — from engineers to managers to executives. • Generate qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handover to Account Executives. • Research & discovery • Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers, initiatives and pain points. • Lead structured discovery calls to uncover needs and connect them to SPREAD's value. • Develop an understanding of technical and organizational structures within complex enterprises. • Choose your focus area — e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Defense or Machinery — and build your own network and domain expertise there. • Processes & execution • Use Salesforce, Salesloft / Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activities and data. • Maintain CRM data diligently, reliably follow up on all leads and perform regular performance analyses. • Analyze results, test, iterate — and continuously improve. • Learning & development • Actively use feedback and coaching to continuously refine your approach. • Understand SPREAD's product and customer industries well enough to confidently engage technical decision-makers. • Bring energy, discipline and accountability to everything you do. • Work closely with Marketing to contribute ICP insights and messaging improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, or strong motivation to enter the field. • Fluent in German and English (you will work with OEMs in Germany and the USA). • Competitive and resilient — you enjoy challenges, use targets as motivation and stay focused under pressure. • Customer-oriented and commercially savvy — you understand business value and communicate SPREAD's impact authentically and persuasively. • Communicative and energetic — you proactively engage people, listen actively and build trust quickly. • Curious and a fast learner — you want to truly understand complex products and customers, learn quickly and apply feedback immediately. • Structured and analytical — you plan your activities deliberately, use data to optimize and work consistently. • Organized and responsible — you keep CRM data clean, reliably track leads and take ownership of results. • Bonus: Experience with enterprise customers, AI or engineering software, or a background in manufacturing or industrial technology.
