📋 Description

• Drive growth and transformation initiatives across the programme’s core areas • Translate strategy into execution • Support the Transformation Office in maintaining execution discipline, governance cadence, and prioritisation across workstreams • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Prepare executive- and board-level materials • Bring AI fluency to the work

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience, ideally combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation work • Proven track record of working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholders • Strong command of transformation, strategy and execution • Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills • Structured, hands-on, self-directed working style • Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, and AI • Fluent in English • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams across different markets and cultures • Fluent in German or Dutch (desirable)
