📋 Description

• Deliver and communicate the value of customers’ investment in Sprinklr solutions to drive retention and growth • Drive adoption and usage of new products and features across business units, teams and markets • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers, agencies and stakeholders • Act as the customer’s day-to-day strategic advisor • Identify and articulate customer requirements and generate end-to-end solutions • Tie customer needs to Sprinklr use cases, product features, benefits and value propositions • Analyze and increase contract consumption, product adoption, upsell and cross-sell • Act as day-to-day contact for brand, agency and system administrator stakeholders • Help brands and agencies build social media campaigns and process flows through Sprinklr • Identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities; design and configure solutions • Oversee additional software deployment enablement in line with architecture and client requirements • Identify operational efficiency improvements and AI opportunities to drive ROI • Capture product improvement opportunities and collaborate with product managers and engineering • Maintain knowledge of native channel products and all Sprinklr software products • Improve clients’ social service and its alignment with core business • Provide ongoing and ad hoc customer training • Identify opportunities for customer references and case studies • Maintain platform relevancy as business needs change

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management at a brand, agency or tech company • Experience in web technologies, CRM or SaaS platforms and digital marketing across social platforms • Strong product acumen and evangelization experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or others) would be a plus • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to identify and articulate client issues and devise and implement solutions • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments and projects • Ability to interpret industry trends across different verticals and lines of business • Ability to engage with stakeholders across the globe and lead customers through change management • Advanced analytical skills and competency in data tools and methodologies • Ability to collate, harmonise and visualise data and present statistical merit in a business case • Industry-specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business preferred • Experience with social technology platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok • Direct experience with social media management software preferred • Strong time management skills and accurate time tracking for billing purposes
