📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple regions • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure stakeholder approval • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers • Act as the first point of contact for reported issues, ensuring proper triage before escalation • Validate delivered solutions during BA testing and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria • Identify gaps in processes, documentation, and system configuration • Standardize documentation practices and CRM standards to reduce technical debt • Develop and maintain process maps, data flows, and system documentation • Analyze ERP systems and document Salesforce integration points • Identify integration risks, data inconsistencies, and delivery blockers • Facilitate sprint reviews and ensure strong stakeholder engagement • Prepare demo scripts, sprint updates, and progress summaries • Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and priorities • Lead workshops, interviews, and review sessions with business and technical teams • Act as an escalation point for cross-functional challenges • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise systems • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) • Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) • Solid understanding of ERP systems and system integrations • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Administrator ) • Experience working on global or multi-regional programs • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
