📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments • Drive platform improvements with engineering and business stakeholders • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices • Enable teams through developer support, mentoring, and best practices • Ensure strong observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and security standards • Contribute to platform strategy, architecture, and governance • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Help build an AI-ready internal platform standardizing and simplifying software delivery for an international premium kitchen and household appliance manufacturer • Enable hundreds of developers and increasingly AI-powered workflows to deliver production-ready solutions faster and with greater confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native application environments, including deployment, scaling, and operations • Advanced Kubernetes expertise, including cluster setup, workloads, autoscaling, and high availability • Solid AWS experience, including resource management, security best practices, and cloud-native services • Practical Infrastructure as Code experience; Terraform preferred • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of observability practices: monitoring, logging, and tracing • Ability to use at least one programming language: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis • Familiarity with SLI, SLO, SLA frameworks and error budgets • Experience with cloud cost optimization and a FinOps mindset • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation: 18/7, occasionally 24/7 • Strong communication skills in English • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and support developer enablement • Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and strong problem-solving skills • Nice to have: multi-cloud experience with GCP or Azure • Nice to have: architecture frameworks such as Aim42 • Nice to have: test automation, including unit, integration, and functional testing • Nice to have: FinOps practices and cost governance • Nice to have: exposure to Data & AI ecosystems • Nice to have: REST or Hypermedia API design • Nice to have: Team Topologies or platform engineering models • Nice to have: mentoring, coaching, or developer relations experience • Nice to have: performance testing and chaos engineering • Nice to have: PKI and IAM security knowledge • Nice to have: ISO 25010 and ITIL/service management familiarity • Nice to have: experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
