📋 Description

• Provide operational support for Azure-based integration solutions • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to integration services • Support and maintain Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and APIM components • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps • Manage and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures • Collaborate with engineering teams on deployments, upgrades, and platform improvements • Contribute to operational excellence, system reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and API Management (APIM) • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging architectures • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Practical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills within cloud-based environments • Ability to analyze integration issues and drive them to resolution • Experience working in distributed, enterprise-scale environments • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures • Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400 or similar) • Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
