📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments • Drive platform improvements in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices • Enable teams through developer support, mentoring, and best practices • Ensure strong observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and security standards • Contribute to platform strategy, architecture, and governance • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Shape an AI-ready internal platform that standardizes and simplifies software delivery • Enable hundreds of developers and AI-powered workflows to deliver production-ready solutions faster and with greater confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native application environments, including deployment, scaling, and operations • Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster setup, workloads, autoscaling, and high availability • Solid experience with AWS, including resource management, security best practices, and cloud-native services • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform preferred • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of observability practices: monitoring, logging, and tracing • Ability to use at least one programming language: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis • Familiarity with SLI, SLO, and SLA frameworks and error budgets • Experience with cost optimization and a FinOps mindset • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, 18/7 and occasionally 24/7 • Strong communication skills in English • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and support developer enablement • Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and strong problem-solving skills • Nice-to-have experience with multi-cloud environments, architecture frameworks, test automation, FinOps practices, Data & AI ecosystems, REST/Hypermedia API design, Team Topologies, mentoring, performance testing, chaos engineering, PKI, IAM, ISO 25010, ITIL, and AI tools
