📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end change workstreams • Define and execute change strategies • Design and run stakeholder engagement approaches • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews • Develop and oversee communication and engagement strategies • Shape learning and enablement approaches • Track adoption and behavior change metrics • Ensure tight integration between change plans and overall project delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of professional experience • Strong project management background • Experience in technology-enabled transformations • Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP) • Excellent facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills • Fluent English (C1+).
