📋 Description

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of the Planview replacement program • Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements • Coordinate implementation activities involving Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and related portfolio management solutions • Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and key dependencies • Manage executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and regular project status reporting • Coordinate delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams • Coordinate implementation partners, software vendors, and external resources • Lead workshops on future-state process design and support portfolio management transformation • Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption planning • Contribute to hybrid funding and portfolio governance model implementation • Ensure delivery follows PMO governance standards and applicable audit requirements • Manage integrated change-control activities and facilitate structured decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementation initiatives • Practical experience working with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity • Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformations • Strong experience managing and communicating with executive-level stakeholders • Experience coordinating implementation partners and software vendors • Background in large-scale organizational change and business-process transformation initiatives • Ability to lead complex enterprise programs involving multiple parallel workstreams • Experience with Planview-to-Clarity migration or comparable transformation program • Experience with Broadcom ValueOps Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, or other enterprise PMO/PPM platforms • Experience delivering portfolio management and demand management solutions • Experience with hybrid funding models • Experience in enterprise PMO tools, portfolio management transformation, work intake transformation, process redesign, organizational change management, financial/funding-model transformation, executive stakeholder management, enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks • At least 10 years of Project/Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Experience operating within established and mature PMO environments • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMOCP • Clarity, Broadcom, Planview, or other Portfolio Management platform certifications highly desirable
