📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++ for camera-based security devices • Debug and resolve complex software, hardware, and network connectivity issues across the software stack • Develop new features and improve existing codebases for the product line • Optimize software performance for resource-constrained embedded environments • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive testing strategies • Document software designs, APIs, libraries, and troubleshooting procedures • Maintain existing products through debugging and bug fixing while developing innovative new features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years C proficiency in embedded, bare-metal, and RTOS environments • 3+ years of experience in embedded development • Understanding of multi-core architectures and inter-core communication (IPC, mailbox, shared memory) • Proficiency in the full SDLC • Experience with Git, CMake, code reviews, and continuous integration • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and debugging tools, including JTAG • Experience with UART, I2C, SPI, and GPIO protocols • CI/CD experience with Jenkins • Static analysis experience with Coverity • Good written and spoken English • C++ experience, including C++17, is nice to have • Experience using AI-powered tools is nice to have • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects is nice to have
