📋 Description

• Gestion de flux multicanaux : appels entrants, SMS et emails • Assistance aux utilisateurs (moniteurs, élèves) rencontrant des problématiques liées : à l’application, aux examens, au parcours de formation • Suivi des demandes et coordination avec les équipes internes si besoin

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en service client (mail / LiveChat / tickets) • Orthographe irréprochable et excellente capacité rédactionnelle • Rigueur, sens du détail et fiabilité dans l’exécution des tâches • Parfaite expression orale et aisance relationnelle

🏖️ Benefits

• 35h par semaine, lundi au vendredi (9h-18h)
