• Réaliser des appels sortants non qualifiés (cold call) • Contacter des professionnels de santé (BtoB) • Présenter les formations en ligne de manière claire et adaptée • Gérer les objections et conclure les ventes • Passer un volume d’appels important et maintenir un bon niveau de performance • Contourner efficacement les barrages secrétaires • Adapter le discours selon la spécialité du professionnel
• Minimum 4 ans d’expérience commerciale (exigé) • Forte expérience en télévente et en closing • Expérience confirmée en cold call • Très bon sens du résultat et de la performance • Autonomie et rigueur • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques / CRM • Profil directif, résilient, orienté objectifs
