• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant experience supporting field, distribution center, or multi-site operations. • Demonstrated success partnering with senior operations leaders in fast paced, high volume environments. • Proven leadership development and executive coaching experience that drives sustained behavioral change. • Deep experience in employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. • Strong experience using HR metrics, analytics, and data to drive decisions. • Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations. • Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and labor regulations. • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
