• Define and lead the analytics vision across commercial and marketing functions, translating strategy into a clear execution roadmap that improves visibility into business drivers and enables performance optimization. • Establish and promote best practices across performance management, business intelligence, and commercial and marketing analytics. • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Build team capabilities in Power BI, advanced analytics, and insight storytelling to strengthen business partnership. • Partner with Commercial Strategy to support business planning and development of both longer term (3-year Strat Plan) and annual (AOP) commercial strategies. • Collaborate with FP&A and Commercial Strategy on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes. • Own commercial performance management, including KPI definition, governance, and cross-functional alignment. • Lead the monthly cadence of Sales Leadership Reviews and Monthly Commercial Operating Reviews (MORs), delivering clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations. • Drive the development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting used across Sales and senior leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics across commercial (sales) and marketing domains • 3+ years of experience leading and developing analytics teams • Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics to drive insights across Sales and Marketing functions • Strong expertise in KPI development, performance management, dashboarding, and data analysis • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and experience working with large, complex datasets • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
