📋 Description

• Conduct proactive sourcing activities to build pipelines of qualified physician and APP talent for current and future workforce needs. • Maintain talent pools that support strategic staffing and workforce planning initiatives. • Create and execute sourcing plans for conferences, career fairs, residency events, and other recruitment-focused activities. • Organize, track, and manage candidate leads generated through recruitment events and outreach initiatives. • Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activities in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and organizational requirements. • Perform audits and quality reviews across applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruitment databases. • Process candidate hires and support data management activities within the applicant tracking system. • Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, workforce planning, business development, sales, or a related field. • Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, databases, and Microsoft Office products. • Experience supporting physician, APP, healthcare, or other specialized recruitment functions. • Experience using Workday or other similar HR systems. • Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and candidate relationship management. • Experience coordinating recruitment events, conferences, or career fairs. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technologies.
