Staci supports multiple verticals (FMCG, cosmetics, high-tech, food & beverage, tourism materials, marketing campaigns) and provides additional services such as supply chain financing, operating 60 logistics platforms and approximately 2,500 employees across Europe and the USA.

📋 Description

• The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. • Manage the full cycle of accounting activities and supervise staff. • Support strategic financial initiatives including reporting, audits, and process improvements. • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, including accounts payable and staff accountants. • Review and approve work performed by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. • Manage the processing of all vendor invoices through the A/P automation platform. • Oversee preparation and timely filing of 1099 forms in compliance with IRS requirements. • Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation discrepancies and accounting issues. • Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries. • Prior supervisory or management experience required. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. • Experience with ERP systems and A/P automation platforms. • Advanced Excel and analytical skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
