📋 Description

• Provide expert answers to learners’ questions about AI-enabled project management, change management, and tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio • Deliver and deepen training content through live kick-off events, peer-learning formats, on-demand mentoring, and individualized learning support • Support executives and project managers with business cases, stakeholder mapping, and change initiatives • Conduct and assess final projects and determine training completion success • Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials on AI-enabled project management, knowledge management, and adoption tracking • Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team • Conduct individual coaching sessions on leadership, stakeholder communication, and change management • Support new team members • Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team, and other stakeholders • Actively contribute to the further development of the new AI for Leaders & Project Managers training program

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business, project management, or a related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, business psychology), or an equivalent qualification • Several years of experience leading projects, teams, or programs, ideally in technical or industrial organizations • Practical professional experience with AI tools for knowledge workers (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio) • Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and developing business cases • Understanding of AI governance topics (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop principles) • Teaching experience delivering leadership and management content to executives and project managers • Understanding of instructional design concepts in adult education and online learning • Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
