📋 Description

• Support the PLNT Group on its journey to becoming an AI-first company • Analyze departments and processes to identify AI potential • Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases by value and feasibility • Provide advisory support for AI use cases from initial idea through implementation • Develop training programs, guides, and tool onboardings • Enable business units to use AI tools independently • Implement feasible automations • Build a reusable prompt and skill library • Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate exchanges between business units and roles • Establish an AI-first way of working • Measure the success of AI initiatives using clear KPIs and demonstrate value and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new possibilities • Ability to quickly understand processes and identify concrete AI opportunities • Proactivity and the ability to drive topics from initial impulse to measurable results • Experience training people and generating enthusiasm for new topics • Ability to explain complex AI topics in a simple, practical manner • Organized, impact-oriented working style • Degree, e.g., in Business Informatics, Computer Science, AI, Digital Business, or a comparable field • Initial professional experience • Ideally, experience leading or supporting your own AI projects
