📋 Description

• Answer learners’ questions accurately, both in writing and verbally • Teach and reinforce training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and through individual learning support • Support learners with uncertainties, exercises, and projects • Conduct and assess final examinations and determine training outcomes • Create, prepare, and continuously improve learning materials covering practical GenAI/LLM skills, foundational AI/ML competencies, and responsible AI use • Ensure the quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning Team • Conduct individual coaching sessions • Support new team members • Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other stakeholders • Contribute to the ongoing development of training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field • Strong knowledge of modern AI concepts, particularly GenAI with a focus on LLMs • Basic understanding of training data, models, evaluation, and common AI limitations • Practical experience with LLMs, e.g. prompt engineering, workflow integration, and AI agents • Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools • Experience using basic API clients, such as Postman or curl • Good Python skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Excel is a plus • Awareness of the ethical, legal, and organizational aspects of AI applications • Teaching experience in communicating technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences • Understanding of adult education and online professional development • Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent German and English skills, at least C1 level • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
