📋 Description

• Lead and motivate your coaching team with a focus on development, feedback and performance • Plan and implement instructional support for existing and new trainings; onboard new coaches • Ensure quality through KPI analysis, regular feedback and documentation of all process workflows • Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Skedulo) in coaching and support processes • Contribute strategically to projects (e.g., optimizing feedback systems, process improvements) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success and Client Operations to ensure smooth operations • Stay close to operational work through documentation and workflow optimization, while your main responsibilities remain strategic management, team leadership and quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years proven experience in disciplinary or functional leadership of a team (minimum 3 people) • Didactic experience in teaching complex subject matter (e.g., trainer, coach, instructor) • Completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a quantitative/analytical focus • Strong skills in process automation and experience with HubSpot, Metabase, Asana or similar tools • Basic understanding of and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) • Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically and constructively; conflict-handling skills and a feedback-oriented approach • Structured, solution-oriented working style with high standards for quality and reliability • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
