• You ensure effective, target-group-oriented marketing of our training and educational offerings across the DACH region. • Your focus is on events, LinkedIn and campaign activation — you translate product and brand strategy into concrete actions and the corresponding assets (briefings, scripts, ...). • Planning, topic development and creation of organic LinkedIn content for B2B audiences. • Creating briefs for paid formats in coordination with our Growth team. • Designing, executing and supporting B2B events (storyline, presentations, invitation & follow-up communications, stakeholder coordination). • Content preparation and moderation support for webinars and thought leadership formats (agenda, scripts, mailings, follow-up). • Supporting launch communications and sales enablement (e.g., adapting product messages).
• Several years of marketing experience in the DACH market, ideally in the education, tech or SaaS sector; demonstrable experience with B2B events • Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on LinkedIn (editorial planning, content formats) • Excellent German (C2) in spoken and written form for social posts, event communication, landing pages and mailings; strong English (C1) for tools and occasional exchanges • Experience creating briefs and assets for design teams and collaborating with growth/performance teams • Confident user of Google Workspace/MS Office; experience with CRM/newsletter tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) and social publishing tools is a plus; basic knowledge of webinar software • Structured, hands-on working style, excellent organizational and communication skills; team-oriented and able to perform under peak periods • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and flexibility for evening/weekend work; openness to AI-assisted tools and interest in PR/communications as well as product marketing.
