• Provide remote technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and cloud services. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in GWS and M365. • Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance. • Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation in Autotask or similar ITSM tools. • Collaborate with global teams and escalate issues when necessary.
• 3+ years IT (2+ in MSP), strong GWS & M365 skills. • Minimum 3 years total IT experience, with at least 2 years in an MSP environment. • Proven hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration. • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting. • Familiarity with RMM/MDM tools (e.g., Datto RMM, Intune) • Intermediate experience configuring routers, switches, and APs (especially Unifi), plus basic virtual networking in Azure, GCP, or AWS. • Security frameworks: Essential 8, SMB1001, NIST CSF. • Preferred Certifications (not required): MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Additional Advantageous Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation, CISSP or similar security certifications.
