📋 Description

• Manage high-volume inbound phone calls, route communications appropriately, and handle patient requests with respect and empathy • Communicate lab/test stats and results to patients as directed, using TigerConnect for secure messaging • Book and coordinate urgent/stat appointments within eClinicalWorks (eCW) • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage status prior to appointments • Perform the full insurance verification cycle • Provide general front-desk support using eClinicalWorks (eCW)

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fully fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish, with clear phone articulation and a professional tone • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is strictly required • Familiarity with TigerConnect is strongly preferred • Background working specifically within a U.S. Cardiology practice is required • Exceptional patience, empathy, and a high level of professional integrity • Zero tolerance for dynamic conflict or unprofessionalism • Full-time commitment working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week
