📋 Description

• Lead and deliver advanced Workday configuration and HR systems projects • Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, including security, integrations, and functional configuration • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness • Support initiatives related to AI‑enabled Workday functionality, data readiness, and governance • Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and process materials for HR partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Five or more years supporting HR systems in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll • Experience supporting large or complex organizations with enterprise‑scale HR technology deployments • Experience enabling or preparing for AI‑related Workday functionality (analytics, skills, automation, governance) • Demonstrated hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions • Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners • Workday Pro certification in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or related functional areas highly preferred
