📋 Description

• Accountable for growth of the sales region via growth, development, and management of NMO distribution partners to achieve sales, persistency, profitability and market share goals. • Advise on product development and service delivery improvements to achieve growth goals. • Manage and grow the NMO distribution channel in coordination with other distribution partners and channels. • Develop and execute specific strategies to increase sales, retention and profitability. • Negotiate Sub-GA arrangements. • Develop and execute NMO-specific marketing plans to capitalize on Standard’s value proposition. • Train distribution partners on The Standard’s products, value propositions and key markets to target. • Act as a field advocate, working with home office teams of Operations, Service, Actuarial, Marketing, Legal and Producer Services to negotiate quality customer support for specific accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field preferred. • Minimum 8 years of experience in fixed annuity brokerage or financial institutions. • Experience with financial institutions (banks and/or broker-dealers) preferred. • Direct sales, business development and distribution development experience desired. • Must be able to travel 50% throughout the United States.
