📋 Description

• Establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and refine and apply The Standard’s customized people-centered change management methodology • Define and grow the discipline of change management across the company • Collaborate with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship • Facilitate the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables • Model change management behavior and engage in peer learning and coaching • Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders and provide guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required) • Consulting capabilities (preferred) • Agile and Lean experience (preferred) • Actuary experience (preferred) • Industry experience (preferred)
