📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with DEWALT and regional objectives • Uphold consistent brand expression and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints as a brand ambassador • Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to facilitate the NPD process from ideation through launch • Contribute to the creation and execution of commercialization plans for new products, supporting market readiness and impactful launches • Provide recommendations on product positioning, packaging, and messaging to maximize relevance and appeal to target users • Work with Marketing teams to help deliver marketing assets and campaigns, including digital content, sales materials, events, and activations • Coordinate with channel teams to support effective brand presence and execution across all sales channels • Track and report on marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to support continuous improvement • Manage assigned projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while providing regular updates on brand and product performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, commercial execution, sales, or related roles within consumer durables, tools, or similar industries • Demonstrated ability to support brand initiatives, assist in new product development (NPD), and contribute to go-to-market plans • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Solid project management skills, with experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • Creative, agile, and proactive problem-solver with enthusiasm for building strong brands • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving brand growth and supporting commercial objectives
