📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and drive adoption of analytic tools and dashboards from concept to product delivery, providing insights for our product portfolio and new product development teams. • Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Business Partners by identifying and delivering analytics solutions that deliver business value, and drive impact. • Maintain a roadmap coordinating various business functions, other SBD analytics teams, and technical resources to support strategic objectives, and annual targets and goals. • Work with your IT partners and Analytics peers to provide input to the technical vision and strategy needed to build a world-class data environment and platform to support enterprise-wide Data Science and Analytics solutions. • Lead your team of data scientists and architects on proper modelling, data quality, governance, and documentation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience building and managing high-performing analytics teams. • Expertise in analytic tool development, data visualization, and data engineering. • Strong proficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., Python, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
