📋 Description

• Develop and drive the strategic direction for continuous improvement across manufacturing sites in the Americas • Oversee, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CI professionals to deliver impactful operational improvements • Work hand-in-hand with regional manufacturing leaders to implement standardized best practices and achieve measurable results across the region • Partner with senior manufacturing and operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute major improvement workstreams • Establish and monitor operational and financial KPIs, ensuring accountability and transparency in the execution of CI initiatives • Lead the codification and deployment of new CI approaches and methodologies • Build organizational CI capability by coaching leaders, managers, and teams in advanced problem-solving • Promote an environment of innovation and operational excellence throughout the Americas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated expertise in Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related CI methodologies (certification preferred) • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience developing and managing high-performing teams • Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and international) • Ability to communicate in Spanish will be big plus
