📋 Description

• Manage, lead, and set the strategic vision for all Ace Hardware locations in the Midwest North Region • Responsible for the region’s Ace Hardware sales growth, profitability, listings, conversions, and market share acceleration • Develop and execute strategic plans by utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities • Establish relationships with top Ace accounts and key personnel • Drive sell-through across all SBD brands and strategic business units • Maximize digital acceleration via Salesforce, Showpad, and Power BI to drive efficiencies and transformation • Effectively manage budgets to drive profitability within Farm and Hardware

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree required • Goal oriented • Strong quarterly and annual sales results • Demonstrates promotional and event success by utilizing creativity and problem-solving • Apply strong product and market knowledge to drive sales and share gain • Highly effective communicator • Understanding of IT Business systems (Power BI, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) • Willingness to travel both in and out of state up to 50% of the time • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
