• Support the development of financial and operational goals to deliver business targets, including margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin across the strategic horizon. • Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework. • Support the design and development of a three phase approach to drive business led value creation model. • Work with VP to align value creation initiatives with broader corporate goals and strategic priorities. • Assess and prioritize new improvement opportunities across the full P&L. • Identify risks and opportunities and assess feasibility accordingly. • Lead and execute business cross functional initiatives including tariff mitigation from concept design to delivery. • Develop and drive a standard global project methodology.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline. • 15 years of related experience is required with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience across a number of supply chain, business and/or enterprise leadership roles. • Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and/or change project/program leadership roles in a multinational company and/or in an commercial/operations practice group in a strategic consulting company. • International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.
