📋 Description

• Coordinate the planning, development, production, and submission of federal proposals • Review solicitations and evaluation criteria to ensure proposal compliance • Lead proposal activities including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and final delivery • Develop proposal content by translating technical information into client-focused narratives • Prepare and coordinate SF330 submissions • Support proposals across a broad range of federal services • Partner with program leadership, capture managers, and technical teams • Conduct client, competitor, and market research • Collaborate with technical staff and project managers • Ensure proposal quality through document management and adherence to client submission requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting federal proposals within the architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, or professional services industry • Experience preparing SF330 Architect-Engineer qualifications packages and responding to federal RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and similar procurement opportunities • Working knowledge of federal procurement processes, solicitation requirements, and proposal compliance • Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign or comparable desktop publishing software
