• Work with multidisciplinary teams to undertake site development projects related to their planning, design and engineering • Manage and lead technical work depending on scope/size of project • Liaise with clients and sub-consultants and ensure that the project’s/client’s needs are met in a timely and effective manner • Develop and manage the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects and projects of peers
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience • Strong understanding of all phases of project document production • Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards • Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software
