📋 Description

• Prospect, negotiate, and close sponsorship packages for proprietary events, managing the sales funnel from initial contact through contract signing • Develop customized commercial proposals and presentations, using consultative sales arguments to align sponsorship solutions with sponsors’ marketing and business strategies • Actively manage the sales pipeline, track targets, and report results on a regular basis • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Events, Finance, and Legal teams to align commercial deliverables, contracts, and fulfillment of agreed sponsorship benefits • Provide strategic post-sales support and manage sponsor relationships, with a focus on retention, renewals, and expanding contracts for future editions • Apply a digital mindset and explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results • Work with the Sienge product, part of a group that develops SaaS solutions for construction, legal intelligence, operational efficiency, governance, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably involving sponsorships, events, or marketing solutions • Experience negotiating and closing contracts • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts • Preferred: experience in the construction industry • This position is also open to people with disabilities
