• Lead the onboarding of new clients from kickoff through handoff to the CS Ongoing team, ensuring delivery meets the activation and quality criteria defined in the playbook. • Manage your own client schedule, planning and conducting client meetings in a structured, milestone-driven manner. • Act as a consultant during the implementation journey, promoting adoption, engagement, and client autonomy in using the solution. • Periodically monitor client engagement during onboarding, identify adoption risks, and take proactive mitigation actions. • Record and keep project activities and progress up to date in the internal system, ensuring traceability and compliance with established processes. • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Previous experience with implementation, onboarding, functional consulting, or project management in a SaaS or technology environment. • Ability to lead client meetings and translate business needs into practical, structured solutions. • Knowledge of project management and tracking schedules, risks, status, and deliverables. • Analytical profile with the ability to diagnose issues, prioritize actions, and propose operational improvements. • Clear communication, organizational skills, and autonomy to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
