📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Product Design process, from discovery and delivery through monitoring the implemented solution • Understand users’ problems and needs • Plan and conduct user research and validation • Use interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and other UX Research techniques • Turn insights into product opportunities and decisions • Create flows, journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity • Develop simple, intuitive, and consistent experiences, with accessibility in mind • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders • Contribute to product discussions, problem refinement, experimentation, and decision-making • Follow implementation to ensure the quality of the delivered experience • Contribute to the evolution of Design practices and an AI-first culture • Use the company’s Design System • Share learnings with the Design community • Explore Artificial Intelligence to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in an equivalent role • A portfolio demonstrating involvement in digital products and the ability to explain the problem, process, design decisions, validation, and results • Proficiency in Figma and modern Product Design tools • Knowledge of Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Design Systems • Knowledge of Product Discovery and UX Research methods and practices • Experience or knowledge in interviews, journey mapping, problem analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation • Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to present and defend Design decisions based on evidence • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints • Practical knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to Design • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, or similar tools • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in Artificial Intelligence • This position is also open to people with disabilities
