📋 Description

• Support and develop team members through mentoring, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and other practices that promote individual growth and well-being • Monitor the results of the teams under your leadership, considering product metrics, performance and budget • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement • Align with stakeholders on results, goals and the status of the teams • Seek and implement improvements or innovations in the working model and organizational structure • Work on the Sienge product • Contribute to SaaS solutions that drive new business lines across the company's verticals

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT or related fields • Experience leading technology teams • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams • Experience with agile methodologies • Knowledge of, or experience with, code quality and software architecture • Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes
