📋 Description

• Own the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding. • Help build and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Design onboarding programs to ensure new hires get up to speed and become engaged quickly. • Manage payroll, benefits administration and employee records at a regional level. • Handle day-to-day HR operations: employment contracts, amendments, certificates and compliance. • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction, retention and eNPS.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, including leadership roles. • Proven success building HR processes in fast-growing international startups. • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and performance management. • Experience implementing employee engagement programs, including eNPS and retention initiatives. • Experience organizing retreats, seminars and corporate events.
