📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and promotions • Process customer orders and track shipments • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in computer and internet use, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems • Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
