📋 Description

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment • Resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments • Following client-specific protocols and policies • Investigating and responding to client inquiries • Adhering to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience working in Call Center or Customer Service • Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organization skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Flexibility in scheduling and assignments (includes evening and Saturday work) • Ability to work cooperatively within a team-based environment • Bilingual candidates preferred
