• 5+ years in client success, sales, or account management roles • 3+ years of proven success in a B2B customer-facing environment • Demonstrated experience growing existing accounts and driving renewals • Background in the tech industry or staff augmentation is a strong plus • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Comfortable managing multiple large accounts • Based in LATAM with occasional travel to the U.S. and quarterly LATAM meetups
