📋 Description

• Perform diagnostics and recommend maintenance solutions • Perform repairs on products • Assist and advise customers on the operation and use of our robots • Prepare intervention reports (CRM) • Manage remote/off-site spare parts inventory • Deliver maintenance training • Provide customer follow-up in collaboration with the rest of the team • Contribute to continuous improvement of the service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year) technical qualification or equivalent • Prior successful experience in a similar position, ideally in maintenance/installation of special-purpose machines • Strong technical fundamentals (mechanics, electrotechnics, industrial computing, automation) • Familiarity with one or more programming languages • Good command of English • Ability to work independently • Customer service orientation • Strong interpersonal skills • Rigour and attention to detail
