📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain the sales inbox so nothing important is missed or left unanswered • Send emails on behalf of the sales lead, clearly and professionally • Message leads and follow up until there is a next step • Schedule calls and keep the sales lead’s calendar organized • Organize and maintain the call list so every day starts with clear priorities • Run pro formas for prospective clients • Work directly with the sales lead every day

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an executive assistant, sales assistant, SDR or in a similar support role • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfort reaching out to leads and following up without being asked • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, email and calendar tools • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
