📋 Description
• Run, launch, QA, and manage email, SMS, Meta, and Google campaigns across all 8 Stayd brands • Duplicate winning campaigns, stop underperforming campaigns, and keep brand campaigns separated • Operate and extend AI systems built by the Director • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate reporting, create creative variants, prepare lists, and draft copy • Get assets, audiences, and landing pages live quickly • Support SEO through Google Business Profiles, local search, and ranking content • Track and tag every campaign by source and maintain current dashboards • Identify anomalous campaign metrics before the Director asks • Run testing across campaigns, pages, and offers; document learnings and update the playbook • Keep campaigns live and launching across all 8 brands • Meet lead-quality and cost targets by brand and source • Improve campaigns measurably week over week • Report to the Director of GTM, Homeowner Acquisition • Own campaign velocity, machine uptime, conversion rate, AI-system operation, automation, and testing velocity; support the Director on cost per qualified lead and lead quality
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience running at least 3 of email, SMS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or direct mail, with demonstrable results • Uses AI in marketing work and wants to deepen AI usage • Experience with or willingness to use Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex; time with these tools is a plus • Systems mindset and strong organization while managing 8 brands simultaneously • Excellent written English • Sharp attention to detail • Fast, proactive communication and early problem flagging • SEO knowledge, including Google Business Profiles, citations, local search, and ranking content, preferred but not required • Background in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals is a plus • Experience building funnels or marketing automations end to end is a plus • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, or light scripting is a plus • Ability to overlap approximately 4 hours daily with US Mountain Time
