• Define and execute Stayntouch’s global reseller partnership strategy • Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners aligned with our growth objectives • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential partners across key markets • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth • Enable partners with the tools, training, and support needed to successfully sell and implement Stayntouch solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams • Establish performance metrics, track partner success, and optimize programs for scale • Represent Stayntouch at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences
• 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within SaaS hospitality technology • Proven track record of building and scaling reseller or channel programs • Strong network within the hospitality ecosystem (system integrators, consultants, technology providers, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Willingness to travel as needed • Nice to Have: Experience with a hospitality PMS platform • Familiarity with global partner landscapes and go-to-market models • Experience working in a global, distributed team
