Stealth Startup is a B2B SaaS platform that provides an AI-powered startup discovery and market intelligence engine for investors, growth funds, and corporate development teams. It aggregates proprietary and web data on millions of companies and people, offers search, automated research via an AI agent, Chrome extensions, and developer APIs (REST/GraphQL) to integrate data into workflows. The product helps users discover early signals, monitor traction, generate research reports, and move from insight to outreach without leaving the platform.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding). • Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product. • Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed. • Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team. • Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design or similar role. • Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product feel exceptional. • Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent). • Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions. • Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment. • Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving. • Open to spending some of the time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details.
