• Manage accounts to optimize market access – create and implement product / distributor programs that deliver results • Establish and maintain regular contact with customers and key influencers to evaluate needs, obtain feedback, and increase Atticus company and portfolio awareness • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners who are committed to EcoCore markets • Execute annual territory business plan and provide ongoing customer and item-level forecasts • Lead and execute effective sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets • Develop positive relationships with distribution partners and end-users, built on trust and collaboration • Cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective leads and opportunities • Effectively communicate with customers to achieve goals for current and future products, including building and delivering impactful presentations • Build relationships with internal team members, collaborating cross-functionally to drive EcoCore portfolio performance
• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in EcoCore markets • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Demonstrated track record of sales and business development achievement in a hands-on environment • Proven knowledge and network of distributors and end-users • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and strategic thinking • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and partners • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Programs and skilled at analyzing data to create and deliver presentations • Travel as needed to support the EcoCore Division
