• Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings • Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications • Improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth • Improve people operations processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team members • Develop and improve people policies to support smoother operations and enable the team to scale more effectively. • Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives
• 2 - 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related roles. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution. • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right. • Energy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
